NEW! Future Leaders Development Programme with demonstrable impact running in Cardiff Oct 2025 to Jan 2026 and in Bristol Spring 2026

This programme is for women in or aspiring to leadership positions in the public, private and third sectors. It includes four half-day workshops giving women the tools and approaches to resolve real-life challenges, including those specific to women in the workplace. It also includes two one-to-one coaching sessions and three peer learning workshops, plus materials to support preparation for and reflection on the sessions, ensuring you get the most from the programme. 

The Centre operates a sliding scale of charges for the whole programme: £1,000 for those working in smaller charities, £1,200 for those working in the public sector and £1,500 for those working in the commercial sector (+VAT on all prices).
