Mentoring and Coaching Package
Mentoring packages may be commissioned for individuals or groups of managers. These may include:
- Chief Executives and senior managers
- Selected groups of managers in a particular tier or specialism
- Leadership teams

Senior and middle management package
A typical senior and middle management package would involve 6 meetings of 2 hours each every 6 - 8 weeks. We often find that chief executives and senior directors benefit from longer but less frequent meetings.
A typical mentoring session would:
- Identify the mentee's agenda, including feedback from line managers and 360' processes
- Explore the mentee's development needs, through a creative mix of reflection, restatement, enquiry, challenge and coaching, to generate new action and behaviours
- Arrive at a contract between mentee and mentor, for experimentation and implementation
- Close with an evaluation
