Developing Mentors and Coaches; an Inquiry into Practice

Designed to help strengthen your practice through developing a grounding in theory, this programme will teach you the latest in mentoring and coaching concepts and skills.
The programme is an exciting collaboration bringing together the developmental and holistic approach of The Centre for Mentoring and Coaching Ltd with the inquiry based learning offered by Bristol Business School at the University of the West of England (UWE). This is the second programme being offered following the very successful launch of the programme in 08/09.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate in Mentoring and Coaching from
The Centre and will be awarded 15 credits at Masters Level, which can be used towards a
range of awards offered by the University of the West of England, Bristol, including the MSc
in Coaching and Mentoring, the MSc in Management and PG Cert Strategic Leadership.
You may also receive recognition of these credits from another Higher Education Institution,
subject to their specific programme requirements.

range of other learning resources while developing your own unique insights in a learning log and
written assignment.
