We provide coaching and mentoring to senior executives and managers individually and as part of a strategic organisational development initiative. We also provide training and supervision for in-house coaches and mentors and supervision for external coaches. We work in the private; government and not for profit and non-statutory sectors, nationally and internationally.

Developing Mentors and Coaches;
an Inquiry into Practice

Designed to help strengthen your practice through developing a strong grounding in theory, this four day intensive programme will teach you the latest in coaching concepts and skills.

Following the very successful first year of this programme we are delighted to announce the second programme will start in January 2010. Participants have been able to enrich their mentoring and coaching practice and have had a very rewarding and developmental experience. The use of reflective enquiry to develop one's practice has been particularly beneficial.
